About · Montréal since 2016

Critik means critical.

We spent our first years running review platforms — reading thousands of one-star stories about slow service and unsolved problems. Then we built the company those reviews were begging for.

The story

From critique to critical

2016 · TECHNOCRITIK.COM LAUNCHES

The review years

Technocritik and its sister sites — autocritik for dealerships, spacritik, healthcritik — let clients rate the service they received, star by star. We read every complaint. Two patterns never changed: nobody answered fast, and nobody fixed the real problem.

THE PIVOT · FROM RATING TO RESPONDING

We switched sides

Reviewing bad service taught us exactly what good service looks like. We took that playbook into the industry with the worst reputation for it — IT support — and made the two broken things our whole identity.

TODAY · MANAGED IT, MONTRÉAL

Critik, redefined

Now "critik" means critical: critical response time, critical-point diagnosis, fixes that hold. The check in our logo is every ticket we close — and yes, we still read our reviews.

The mark

Every line means something

  • The crest

Protection — your systems inside, problems outside. The shape nods to Montréal, our home turf.

  • The T

Techno: the structure. Solid, vertical, the thing everything hangs on.

  • The check

Kritik: the verdict. It starts on the T and ends level with it — every ticket closed, verified, aligned.

How we operate

Three rules we don't break

RULE 01

Answer fast

A ticket without a human response in fifteen minutes is a failure — whatever the fix time turns out to be.

RULE 02

Fix the cause

Restarting is not a solution. We trace every incident to its critical point so it doesn't come back next month.

RULE 03

Speak plainly

You will never receive a report you can't understand. Jargon hides; we explain — in French or English.

Why we stay small on purpose

Limited intake, by design

We accept a fixed number of new clients each quarter. It's the only honest way to keep a fifteen-minute promise — response time is a resource, and we refuse to oversell it.

Next opening

This quarter's intake is open

Book the call now; if the quarter fills, you're first in line for the next one.
